Company is committed to a continuous cycle of planning, implementing, reviewing and improving the actions we take to meet environmental obligations to consider operations with continuous awareness of potential environmental impact.
The Company will observe six (6) main aspects of its business undertaking:
- History
- Culture
- Resource Consumption;
- Community Lands
- Water Quality and Waste Minimisation
In this endeavour, Company will conduct and implement routine compliance with the following legislation as integral to achieving its objectives.
- Environmental Protection Regulation;
- Environmental Protection (Waste) Policy and Regulation;
- Environmental Protection (Water) Policy;
- Environmental Protection (Noise) Policy; and
- Environmental Protection (Air) Policy.
With specific regard to achieving the broad environmental objectives of this policy we will ensure that adequate resources are provided to fulfil this commitment and:
- Develop and implement environmental and waste management initiatives;
- Provide personnel with information guidelines and training that encourage responsible environmental and waste management behaviour;
- Comply with Environmental legislation, site regulations, Standards and Codes of Practice relevant to the particular business and requirements of the local authorities
Through communication and training, all employees, contractors and or stakeholders will be encouraged to continually improve environmental awareness and performance.
We shall adopt and perform all Environmental Protection Plans of our customers and clients where appropriate.
Company will maintain records and regularly review its performance in regard to this commitment. We make the above commitment with the expectation of the full support and cooperation of all personnel.
